Sponsorship Application

Thank you for considering us to partner with your event! Chuck Nash has been supporting local organizations for over 45 years. Though we are only able to support a limited amount of opportunities each year, we do our best to support events of different sizes and styles, that fall in line with our company values.  If we are unable to financially partner with your event, we always encourage our large employee family to volunteer at and spread the word about all the great programs around Central Texas!

Please fill out the application below to get entered into our sponsorship committee system.  We process applications in the order they are received, and are initially scored based on the answers below.  Please note submission does not guarantee approval, and only a small amount of applications received are approved due to the volume we receive each month.  Standard lead time on sponsorship requests is typically 120 days minimum for allocation of resources and appropriate planning.

*Please note at this time we are unable to sponsor "booster-type" clubs, traveling events, 1st time events, or events under 500 participants.
*All events must fall within our local market area, which is roughly 5-10 miles surrounding the dealership. (less in some directions)
*We are unable to make "donations". All support must go to an event, where the general public will be in attendance, and vehicles can be put on display.

*Current processing time is approximately 60-90 days from submission
